- Cerebral palsy case resulting from failure to monitor adequately during labour (as at July 2022, judgment awaited)
- 7 day cerebral palsy case quantum only (trial by Microsoft Teams) arising from failure to treat hypoglycaemia in a neonate (judgment awaited as at July 2022)
- Fatal case of a man treated for tuberculosis when he in fact had a lymphoma (trial in development)
- 2 week obstetric negligence brain damage trial by Microsoft Teams (Trinidad & Tobago)
- Training Court Room Skills to the Faculty of Forensic and Legal Medical of the Royal College of Physicians
Current Activities include
- Claim for limb amputations from a failure to diagnose and expeditiously treat appropriately a case of sepsis – with causation in issue
- Fatal case of a man treated for tuberculosis when he in fact had a lymphoma (trial later 2022)
- Claim of brain damage caused by a therapeutic overdose of parenteral opiates
- Submissions to CPS and further review of offences relating to child’s death through clinical negligence and doctors’ subsequent attempts to pervert the course of justice
- Child brain damage: delayed Caesarian Section (Respondent to Defendant’s appeal being prepared) (Trinidad & Tobago)
- General Editor of Series of multi-author books on “Expert Evidence” in preparation jointly with Professor Keith Rix
- Examining for the Faculty of Forensic and Legal Medicine of the Royal College of Physician including setting examination questions for the Fellowship
- Brain Damaged Infant – 8 day trial by Microsoft Teams concluded, submissions in preparation
- Post-Call Advocacy Training for Lincoln’s Inn
- Teaching for Lincoln’s Inn Civil Workshops
- Supporting the Campaign to Exonerate Admiral John Byng (executed in 1757) “pour encourager les autres”
- Involvement in film about the Chinook disaster on Mull of Kintyre (2nd June 1994)
- Updating Equality and Diversity training
- Joint General Editor preparation of the 6th Edition of Clinical Negligence to be published in 2023
